    Must be signed by applicant ages 16 and over. The parent coming in must sign for child 15 years of age and under.

  • Signed passport valid for at least six more months, with at least two (2) blank visa pages.

  • Two Passport Photos. Photos taken at premises ($15 fee for one set).
  • Itinerary (Both Air & Inland are MANDATORY)
  • Parental Approval for Minors:

    Visa applications for minors under 18yrs, should be accompanied with a notarized letter, jointly signed by both parents or legal guardians approving the minor to obtain the visa and travel to Tanzania.

  • Business Cover Letter if traveling on business.
  • e-Visa Fee

    1 year Multiple entry – $100 (the duration of stay should not exceed 90 days) -The validity of the visa is at the discretion of the Consulate.
