Applicant can use black or blue ink on the forms.
Two Recent Passport Photos
Include two identical passport photos. These must meet the government requirements. 2X2 with a white background, no glasses or head gear.
Proof of Departure, Itinerary
Business Cover Letter if traveling on business.
Consulate Fees:
Tourism $30 (7-10 business days)
Business $35 (7-10 business days)
Tourism Rush $70 (3-5 days)
Business Rush $75 (3-5 days)
